Your First Visit
Our doctors and staff are always enthusiastic to welcome new patients to our office. During your initial visit, you will have X-rays taken with our digital system and a thorough dental examination. For adult patients, this consultation lasts one hour, during which the doctor will address the following:
• Your current condition
• A treatment plan, if applicable
• Oral hygiene instructions
• Specialist referral, if needed
In addition to these general points, we encourage you to ask questions of our doctors and staff during your visit. Our goal is for you to fully understand the topics of your evaluation and treatment plan options.
After your consultation with the doctor, you will meet with our financial coordinator to know the payment options available to you. More information can be found here. We will then schedule your next appointment.

Dr. Pacheco and Dr. Medina have practiced dentistry for over 40 yrs. They both have specialty degrees and their former teaching experience at the National University of Mexico has enhanced their mission of educating and guiding their patients to achieve and maintain an excellent oral health. We also have proudly trained the majority of our staff members throughout our years of practice in order to offer our patients the best dental care.
We are continuously maintaining our knowledge up to date by continuum education meetings. Our office is equipped with computers in each operatory and digital X-Ray system. The image is immediately processed and available to view. Less radiation needed to produce the same quality image as film (digital X-rays gives 70% less exposure to radiation than conventional X-rays).
Dr. Pacheco treats adolescents and adults and Dr. Medina limits her practice to children’s dentistry.
We take dental insurance and participate as preferred providers of most PPO plans. We also take HMO plans under Delta Care USA and Medi-Cal. We will be giving you the courtesy of preparing your billing and inform you of the general benefits of your dental insurance plan. The information you will be receiving is only an estimate of the dental coverage of your insurance plan.
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks. Financing options are also available through CareCredit upon approval.
